How this list is made
A climber went to at least 300 US babies in 2025, at least 50 in 2015, and multiplied by five or more. A faller went to at least 1,000 in 2015 and kept under 70% of that in 2025. Both lists run in full.
Only two years of the record are in hand here, 2015 and 2025, so this page describes the decade and nothing finer. There is no year by year line and no rank.
These are United States figures. The Social Security Administration publishes the names given to babies born in each year, and it holds back any name given to fewer than five babies of one sex in a year, so a name can be missing from a year without having gone unused.
The cut-offs on this page are ours, not the agency’s.
